Terms of Service
The deal between you and Skewed Perception Media when you use this site or JustPost.
1. Who this covers
These terms apply to visitors of skewedmedia.com and to customers of JustPost (social.skewedmedia.com), operated by Skewed Perception Media-Works (“SPM”). Separate written agreements cover website builds, ad management and other studio work.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older and using JustPost for a business you own or are authorized to represent.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done under your login.
- One person per login. Teammates get their own invites.
3. Connected accounts and your content
- You keep ownership of your social accounts and everything you post. You give JustPost only the permission needed to publish what you schedule and read the results.
- You are responsible for what you publish: you must have the rights to it and it must follow each platform’s rules and the law (including advertising, alcohol, healthcare, real estate, legal-services and consumer-protection rules that apply to your business).
- Do not use JustPost for spam, fake reviews, review incentives, impersonation, harassment, or anything illegal. We can suspend accounts that do.
4. Plans, billing and cancellation
- Self-serve plans are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe, starting after a 7-day free trial. Prices are shown in the app and can change with 30 days’ notice.
- The Managed add-on is billed monthly and covers the work described on the JustPost page. You approve posts before they go out.
- Cancel anytime from Settings or the Stripe customer portal. Your plan runs to the end of the paid period; we do not refund partial periods.
- If a payment fails, we will retry and email you. Publishing pauses after 7 days of non-payment; data is kept for 30 more days.
5. What we promise, and what we can’t
- We work to keep JustPost running and to publish posts at the scheduled time. Social platforms change their rules and APIs without warning, go down, and sometimes reject posts; we are not responsible for those failures, but we will tell you when a post fails and help you fix it.
- JustPost is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, SPM’s total liability for anything arising from the service is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Texas law.
6. Open source
JustPost is built on open-source software licensed under the GNU AGPL-3.0. The modified source is available from the link in the app footer. That license covers the software; these terms cover the service.
7. Ending things
You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable. Sections 3, 5 and 8 survive termination.
8. Law and disputes
Texas law governs. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Harris County, Texas. We would rather talk first: email us and we will try to sort it out.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are emailed to JustPost customers 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
