Data deletion
How to remove your data from JustPost, or from a connected platform’s side.
Delete your whole JustPost account
- Log in to JustPost, open Settings, scroll to Delete Account, and confirm.
- Your account, organization, connected-channel tokens, scheduled posts, and uploaded media are deleted within 30 days. Invoices are kept for tax records only.
Disconnect one platform
- In JustPost, open the channel’s menu on the calendar and choose Disconnect. Its access token is deleted immediately.
- You can also revoke access from the platform itself: Facebook/Instagram/Threads → Settings → Apps and Websites; Google → myaccount.google.com/permissions; TikTok → Settings → Security → Apps; LinkedIn → Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services; Pinterest → Settings → Security → Connected apps; X → Settings → Security → Apps and sessions.
Ask us to do it
Email skewedperceptionmedia@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my data.” We confirm within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. If you signed in through Facebook, include the deletion request confirmation code Facebook gives you and we will tie it to the request.
Website form submissions
If you sent us a form on skewedmedia.com and want it removed, email us the same way. We delete it from our inbox and the site’s stored submissions.
